What is the role?
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales under the guidance of our Sales Director and CEO. You will be provided with leads via ongoing marketing and telesales but expected to generate significant business and opportunities yourself as well.
You will be expected to be able to develop an account strategy and pipeline, maintain sales reports, develop market and competitor knowledge, deliver presentations to Customers to a high standard, as well as create sales
proposals.
We are looking for self-starting, tenacious, go-getter lead hunters, there will be no room for coasting.
We are currently looking for a number of experienced, self-motivated sales people spread across the UK: Scotland – North – Midlands - South
After sales management and development of the customer are also required.

What is the role?
Technical Lead to assist with a wide variety of duties related to The Compliance Genie and its users – both in terms of technical support, managing our helpdesk and other customer
related support as and when necessary.
In this role you will mentor and provide leadership for technical staff, as well as actively participating in the day-to-day technical tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Be-Safe teams are distributed geographically so you need to be self-organized, communicate well in English, in both written and oral form, be flexible and willing to adapt to the processes in place in order to meet the project’s goals and attend meetings with global participants.
